Accessibility Statement

Chaos to Clarity Digital Consulting LLC builds and maintains websites for a living, so we hold this site to the same standard we hold our clients’ sites to. It should be usable whether you browse with a mouse, a keyboard, a screen reader, voice control, or screen magnification.

What we aim for

We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. In practice that means readable type sizes, sufficient color contrast, descriptive link text, labeled form fields, alt text on meaningful images, a visible keyboard focus indicator, and a heading structure that still makes sense when a page is read aloud in order.

How we keep it that way

Accessibility is part of routine site maintenance here, not a one-time project. New pages, forms, and templates get reviewed before they go live, and we re-check the site after design or plugin changes.

Where we may fall short

Some parts of this site depend on third-party tools we do not fully control, including the booking and scheduling tools, the custom quote builder, embedded video, and downloadable PDFs and templates. Older blog posts and older downloadable files may not yet meet the same standard as the rest of the site. If any of those get in your way, tell us and we will get you the same information or service another way.

Tell us about a problem

If a page, form, or file on this site is hard or impossible for you to use, please reach out and describe what happened and what you were trying to do. Email brittany@chaostoclaritydigital.com or call (616) 625-9041. We reply within one business day, Monday through Friday, Eastern time, and we will offer a workaround while the issue is being fixed.

Need this in another format?

If you need information from this site in a different format — plain text, large print, or simply read to you over the phone — ask and we will provide it at no cost.
