Three kinds of people. Small business owners who are great at their craft but stuck wrestling with the tech — local service companies, boutiques, and healthcare practices that need a site that looks the part and simple systems to handle the busywork. And growing agencies that need a systems partner in the back to manage their CRM, tighten workflows, and build AI agents that fill the gaps. And established businesses that have the website and the systems but no one to actually run the marketing, so I take content, SEO, email, and outreach off their plate. If your business runs on its website and tools, you’re my kind of client.

Do you only work with HubSpot, or other CRMs too?

HubSpot is where I go deepest — I’ve taken a 100+ step sales process down to under 10 — but I’m not locked into it. I work across the CRMs small businesses and agencies actually use, and if you’re not sure what fits, I’ll help you pick one that matches how you work instead of forcing you into mine.

Absolutely — that’s the whole second lane. I step in as a fractional, contract operations partner: managing your CRM, tightening your workflows, and building AI agents and integrations to fill the gaps.
